Recording of the client requirements and Sharing of Cvs

Once the client identify the vacancies that exist, we can then define the job specifications such as skills, knowledge, experience, etc.

Collecting Cvs according to the job description, reviewing the applications, and eliminating any candidate who does not meet the minimum requirements for the position or the client's company more generally.

Conducting Interviews and selecting making

Depending on the size of the organization and hiring committee, one or several interviews are scheduled for those remaining candidates.

The selection of the candidate done by the employer and it can based on practical or oral test. We arrange for the client the manner to evaluate the candidate by the best way. Usually the selection is based on the CVs, video live meeting or by a practical test.

Medical Checkup of selected applicants

After the final selection, the candidate should make a medical Checkup to be sure that he is fit to travel and work

Application for Visa & Ticketing and Emigration

after the negative pre-medical Checkup we send the original visa (handled by the client) to the candidate to make the process of travel.

The last step is to book the air ticket and inform the client the date of the arrival of the candidate
